Good to know

Turn the tool gently rather than pushing it, and work only where you can see. Give each person in the household their own tips.

Safety

For use at the entrance of the ear only. Never push the tip into the ear canal, past the point where you feel resistance, or deeper than you can see, as this can damage the ear. Use light pressure and stop straight away if there is any pain, bleeding or dizziness. Do not use on a child without close adult supervision, and do not use at all if you have ear pain, discharge, a perforated eardrum, grommets or recent ear surgery. Clean the tips before and after every use and do not share them. Keep tips out of reach of children, as they are small enough to swallow. If you have ongoing ear problems, speak to a healthcare professional rather than persisting with a tool.
